1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vehicle detailing services by JBW JETWASHING. By scheduling or receiving Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

We offer a range of detailing services, including but not limited to exterior wash, interior cleaning, waxing, polishing, and specialized treatments. The scope of Services will be detailed in your specific service package.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

  • Bookings: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our website.

  • Confirmation: All appointments are confirmed by email or text.

  • Cancellations and Rescheduling:

    Cancellations regarding an upcoming job if this were to be canceled on the day you will be expected to pay full payment!

  • If a booking is cancelled 24hrs before you will be expected to pay 50% of the job that was booked in with us!

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Our pricing is outlined in the service package details. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payment: Payment is due on the same day of completion!

  • we accept cash, card and bank transfer.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Condition: You must disclose any pre-existing damage to your vehicle

  • all personal items must be removed before the appointment.

  • Access: Ensure that we have clear access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location.

  • We will need access to water and electricity on site to complete the job.

  • We will not work if the vehicle is on a main road or a dangerous space for us to work.

6. Service Limitations

  • Results: While we strive for the highest quality, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.

  • Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions at our discretion.

7. Liability

  • Damage: We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages to your vehicle. Any new damages caused by our staff will be dealt with correctly with the client.

  • Personal Items: We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

As the customer your are the priority and that’s why we ask for you to check over the vehicle to make sure your satisfied before we leave. 

For what ever reason, If you are not satisfied with the Services provided, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
